El Dorado Pollos a la Brasa | Our Story
Roasted over real wood
We cook our Pollo a la Brasa over real wood fire in Pasadena, and a second El Dorado is on the way.
Wood in every corner
There's firewood stacked in each corner of the room. That fire is where our Pollo a la Brasa gets its smoke.
The rest of the table
Lomo Saltado, shrimp ceviche and Papa a la Huancaina sit right next to the chicken on our menu. Don't eat meat? Try the Tallarin Verde with mushrooms.
Sauces on the side
Aji verde and aji criollo go with the chicken. Not sure what goes with what? Ask us and we'll walk you through it.
Out on the patio
Take your chicken outside and sit under the umbrellas. The lights make it a nice spot in the evening.
Next stop, San Marino
We're opening a second El Dorado on Huntington Drive in San Marino. It's coming soon.
